Coach and Behavioral Change Expert
Carlann is an expert coach with a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She has over 20 years experience coaching leaders and executives across the globe. In her past corporate leadership roles, Carlann facilitated the selection and development of thousands of promotional and succession candidates. Over the course of her career, she also oversaw strategic planning, facilitated major organizational change initiatives and led a 700-person manufacturing operation.
Carlann’s experience in both line and staff leadership positions enabled her to rise to the executive level. Her teams have received the highest company awards, including two Intel Quality Awards, Press Ganey’s Innovation Award and a finalist nomination for Visteon’s Summit Award.
Carlann serves on the adjunct faculty for Northwestern University’s Leadership Certificate Program and is a member of a cross-cultural consulting team for Florida Institute of Technology. She is a sought-after speaker and has been cited in CBS MoneyWatch, International Business Times, Newsday, and The Boston Globe. She recently authored the workbook, Shoots and Ladders: Insights to Accelerate Your Leadership. When she is not working, she can be found hanging out in her backyard at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
