Your cost includes:

  • The full retreat with all materials
  • Dinner Tuesday night, lunch Wednesday and Thursday and all refreshment breaks
  • One hour individualized coaching session with Carlann within 3 weeks after the retreat
  • Three, one-hour group coaching sessions with Carlann at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks post retreat (Offered twice each time to accommodate schedules)

The retreat is at Coronado Springs Resort & Conference Center at Walt Disney World.  We chose this location for many reasons including  no cost ground transportation, reasonable cost of guest rooms and retreat-like spaces. The location has wonderful meeting space as well as outdoor spaces for introspection with numerous fountains, a lake and miles of walking paths.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are at the Happiest Place on Earth, you will not have any time during the retreat to take in any of the Disney sights.  This retreat is about you and for you.  We will be asking you to stay focused internally and so it is best not to bring any others with you for the days of the actual retreat. You will have very focused assignments each evening.  If you wish to spend time in the parks or with others, please plan to do so either prior to or after the retreat.


Please plan to arrive on March 15th in time for a group dinner at 7pm.  Plan to arrive at Orlando International by 5pm to give you time to travel to the resort, unpack and register.

Wednesday and Thursday we will begin at 8am and end at 6pm.  There will be evening assignments each night to prepare for the next day

On Friday the retreat will end at 12:30.

For those staying on property, the free Disney Magical Express leaves three hours prior to your flight departure time so please book your return flight for 4pm Friday or later.


Prepare to Delegate:  Since this retreat is focused on your personal growth and because we are going to be intensely busy each day and evening, it is essential that you disengage from work. Please delegate your duties and authority to someone on your staff.  This is a great opportunity to also help someone on your team grow so spend time prior to the retreat getting the person informed and prepared to unburden you for the three days.  Ensure that your boss and stakeholders understand that they should contact your delegate and keep any contact with you to emergencies only

Prepare Your Partners/Family:  Let others know that you will be dedicating this time to you and that you will need to stay focused.  Let them know  to maximize the experience you will need to have time to think each evening and complete assignments.
